1.The HighlanderTM Quickfire Network Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all players who can lawfully place real-money wagers on Kingswin.com website (hereinafter the Kingswin) and are aged 21 years or over (“Players”).

2.GMT time zone applies to all times stated in these terms and conditions for the Promotion (the “Terms and Conditions”).

3.The Promotion will commence at the time the game is deployed on the Operator’s website(s) on Wednesday 6 December 2017 and will run until the time the Prizes (as defined below) are awarded (the “Promotion Period”).

4.The HighlanderTM brand and all associated intellectual property rights (“Highlander IP”) and all goodwill associated therewith, is and will at all times remain the property of Studiocanal S.A.S, and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Licensing Parties”). The Licensing Parties are not responsible for the administration of the Promotion, the collection of entries, conduct of draws, or the fulfillment of prizing. Any questions you have regarding the Promotion should be directed to Kingswin and not to the Licensing Parties.

5.The following prizes are available to be won by Players (collectively, the “Prizes”):

5.1 Main Draw Prizes worth €20,000 as follows (“Main Draw Prizes”):

5.1.1 1 x cash prize worth €10,000,
5.1.2 2 x cash prizes worth €2,000 each,
5.1.3 3 x cash prizes worth €1,000 each,
5.1.4 6 x cash prizes worth €500 each.

5.2 Cash Drop Prizes worth €20,000 as follows (“Cash Drop Prizes”):

5.2.1 100 x cash prizes worth €20 each (awarded over 2 cash drops),
5.2.2 140 x cash prizes worth €50 each (awarded over 7 cash drops),
5.2.3 60 x cash prizes worth €100 each (awarded over 4 cash drops),
5.2.4 10 x cash prizes worth €200 each (awarded over 1 cash drop),
5.2.5 10 x cash prizes worth €300 each (awarded over 1 cash drop),

The Prizes are subject to availability. Kingswin reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for another of similar kind or value without giving notice. The Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferrable.

6.A Player can enter the Promotion (“Entry”) during the Entry Period, as follows:

6.1 Main Draw Prizes.

6.1.1 For every accumulated €30 (or currency equivalent) real money wager placed by a Player on the HighlanderTM Online Slot during the Entry Period, the Player will receive one automatic entry into the Promotion for a chance to win one of the Main Draw Prizes.

6.1.2 There is no limit to the number of times a Player can enter the Promotion to win the Main Draw Prizes.

6.1.3 The winning Entries for the Main Draw Prizes shall be selected at random and the Main Draw Prizes draw shall take place on Thursday 21 December 2017.

6.2 Cash Drop Prizes.

If at least 10 bets of any value (from minimum bet and above) are placed by a Player on the HighlanderTM Online Slot on any one day during the Entry Period as set out in the table below, the accumulated 10 bets placed on that day will give a Player one automatic entry into the Promotion for a chance to win one of the Cash Drop Prizes awarded for the day the 10 bets are placed. Players may have a maximum of one entry each for each day of this draw. The winning Entries for the Cash Drop Prizes shall be selected at random and the entries and draws for each of the Cash Drop Prizes shall take place as follows:

6.3 For clarity, each accumulated €30 (or currency equivalent) wagered on The HighlanderTM Online Slot during the Entry Period gives the Player an automatic entry to win one of the Main Draw Prizes, as well as an entry to win one of the Cash Drop Prizes, with the latter depending on the date and number of wagers are placed, as set out in paragraph 6.2 above.

7.Once the winning Entries have been selected at random, the winners shall be notified as follows:

7.1 The Main Draw Prizes. The draw shall take place on Thursday 21 December 2017. By no later than 18:00 on Friday, 29 December 2017, the Players who have won Main Draw Prizes (“Main Draw Winners”) will be notified by Kingswin of the win. In order to claim their Main Draw Prize, each Main Draw Winner must notify Kingswin that they accept the Main Draw Prize within 48 hours of being notified by the Operator of their win. There will be no re-draws made for the Main Draw Prizes. If issuing a Main Draw Prize is not possible, Kingswin reserves the right to close the Main Draw Prizes of the Promotion.

7.2 The Cash Drop Prizes. The Cash Drop Prizes will be drawn as set out in the table of paragraph 6.2 above. By no later than 18:00 on each date that the Cash Drop Prizes are drawn, Kingswin will notify each of the Cash Drop Winners of the Prizes won. In order to claim their Cash Drop Prizes, each Cash Drop Winner must notify Kingswin that they accept the Cash Drop Prize within 48 hours of being notified of their win. There will be no re-draws made for Cash Drop Prizes.

8.Once the Winners have accepted all the Prizes, the Promotion will close and no further draws will be made.

9.The decision of Kingswin regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

10.Entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when they submit an Entry to enter the Promotion. Kingswin reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

11.Kingswin reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

12.Kingswin, its licensor and the Licensing Parties are not responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Player entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any Prize. Winners and Players agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Kingswin, its licensor and the Licensing Parties from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize offered, or participation in this Promotion.

13.The Winners may be asked to participate in publicity related to the Promotion. This may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media. Kingswin and/ or its licensor may use any Entry for marketing or promotional purposes on its website(s) and social media channels during the Promotion Period and for a reasonable time afterwards. By submitting an Entry, each entrant:

13.1 grants Kingswin and its licensor exclusive permission to use any content therein (which may include the entrant’s name, image and likeness) throughout the world in all and any media (the “Specified Purposes”);

13.2 does not object to Kingswin and its licensor storing copies of the Entry, in whole or part, for the Specified Purposes or storing the entrant’s contact details for the sole purpose of contacting the Winner(s); or transferring part or all of the Entry and the contact details to a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular the Isle of Man, for the purposes set out in this paragraph 13 only;

13.3 acknowledges that Kingswin and its licensor shall be under no obligation to use any part of the Entry and that the entrant shall not be entitled to receive any proceeds that may be derived from the Entry.

14.The availability of this Promotion should not be construed as an offer or invitation to use the Promotion in any country or jurisdiction where such use is not permitted.

15.It is the Player’s responsibility to ensure that it is legal for them to take part in the Promotion in whichever jurisdiction they are placing real money wagers on Kingswin’s websites.
